MASTER CLARKE'S FITNESS AND HEALTH PHILOSOPHY
Master Clarke believes in promoting 4 levels of health - spirit, mind, body, and emotion. Through his training, he often becomes a life coach for his clients. It's not just about improving the body - it's about the balance of strong mind, strong spirit, and strong presence of moment.
Master Clarke tailors his training programs to each individual client, promising that "your goal is my mission". This can include fitness, strength, flexibility, nutrition, visualization, healing, stress-reduction, etc.

INTERNAL HEALING METHODS FOR ILLNESS AND DISEASE
For many years, Master Clarke has worked with clients using specific Tai Chi movements to open up blockages within the body and to focus healing energy on 5 major organs of the body: heart, liver, kidneys, spleen, and lungs. This healing regimen has proven to be very effective and has produced some amazing results.
Over the past several years, Master Clarke has also helped people afflicted with cancer and has worked in collaboration with doctors and specialists communicating about cancer treatments developed by Dr. Thomas Shanahan.
His methods have also been affective in treating arthritis, sleep-disorders, osteoporosis, and other issues that can feel debilitating.
Master Clarke's approach of using Tai Chi methods, Chi Gong, and his unique “360 Degree Meditation” has, for many, helped relieve unneeded suffering.
LOCAL OR ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS AND COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
Master Clarke offers one-on-one training programs in person or online.
He has also created various community programs of support, including a men's physical and emotional fitness program, a senior Tai Chi class for health and healing, Chi Gong and Meditation sessions, courses dedicated to stress-reduction, rejuvenation, and longevity, etc.
